The Kind Diet

I think after this last tri tip steak I had, my body was rebelling. I am going to try the kind diet for the next ten days and see if I feel better - Entering into a new world of whole grains, Lima beans and lots of fresh vegetables is a bit scary but I want to feel better - more later
